{"id":120,"date":"2018-04-25T07:37:00","date_gmt":"2018-04-25T07:37:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/pamarecept.nl\/?p=120"},"modified":"2018-04-25T08:03:08","modified_gmt":"2018-04-25T08:03:08","slug":"waterzooi-met-zalm-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/pamarecept.nl\/index.php\/2018\/04\/25\/waterzooi-met-zalm-2\/","title":{"rendered":"Waterzooi met zalm"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Voor 4 personen.<br \/>\nKooktijd: ongeveer 20 minuten. <\/p>\n<p>Ingredi\u00ebnten:<br \/>\n3 dunne preien (in vingerdikke plakken)<br \/>\n0,8 tablet visbouillon<br \/>\n1 rode ui<br \/>\n100-150 gr grote garnalen<br \/>\n350 gr zalmfilet (in flinke vierkante stukken)<br \/>\nItaliaanse kruiden<br \/>\n1-3 t knoflook<br \/>\nWitte peper<br \/>\n0,8 bakje cr\u00e8me fraiche<br \/>\nWitte wijn<br \/>\nBakboter 1 el <\/p>\n<p>Voorbereiding:<br \/>\nMaak in een maatbeker een mengsel van de cr\u00e8me fraiche, de knoflook, een eetlepel Italiaanse kruiden, wat peper, de (verbrokkelde) visbouillon een half kopje water en een scheutje wijn. <\/p>\n<p>Aan de slag:<br \/>\n1.\tBak in de boter de prei, en ui aan op half hoog vuur<br \/>\n2.\tMengsel met cr\u00e8me fraiche e.d. toevoegen<br \/>\n3.\tVis en garnalen erbij.<br \/>\n4.\tLaten garen op middelhoge temperatuur.<br \/>\n5.\tEet smakelijk!<\/p>\n<p>Valkuilen: overkoken, dus te lang koken waardoor de prei slap wordt, de saus dik en de zalm droog. <\/p>\n<p>Bron: dit is een eigen recept op basis van een stokoud AH recept. <\/p>\n<details class=\"wp-block-inline-spoilers-block\"><summary>Spoiler<\/summary> Dit aten we al zo&#8217;n beetje v\u00f3\u00f3r jullie geboorte en is nu nog topfavoriet.<\/details>\n<p>Serveren met Penne (160 gr) en chiabata (lekker dippen in de saus)<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<div class=\"mh-excerpt\"><p>Voor 4 personen.
