Vet een ovenschaal in.<br \/>\nMeng 6 eetlepels olijfolie met de knoflook en een flinke snuf peper en zout. (ook lekker om een theelepel gedroogde chilivlokken toe te voegen)<br \/>\nKruid de kipfilet stukken met peper, zout, gedroogde Italiaanse kruiden en gerookte paprikapoeder.<br \/>\nLeg de kip, krieltjes, paprika, courgette, ui en tomaten in de ovenschaal.
